4. Wallet & Payments
- Consultations are sold as fixed-duration packages (e.g. a 30-minute chat). The full package price is charged upfront when you book — either from your wallet or a card payment processed via our payment gateway.
- Once the session starts, it runs for the package's duration and ends automatically when the time elapses. There is no per-minute drain from your wallet during a booked session.
- Wallet recharges are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Astrologer Terms
Astrologers on Palmgeonumastro are independent practitioners. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of any astrological reading or advice. Consultations are for entertainment and guidance purposes.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or astrologers
- Sharing inappropriate or offensive content
- Attempting to circumvent the platform's payment system
- Creating multiple accounts or impersonating others

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Palmgeonumastro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
