1. Wallet Recharge Refunds
Wallet recharges on Palmgeonumastro are generally non-refundable once the balance has been used for consultations. However, we may consider refund requests in the following cases:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges due to technical issues
- Unauthorized transactions (reported within 48 hours)
- Service not delivered due to platform technical failure
2. Consultation Refunds
If you experience any of the following during a consultation, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of the session cost:
- Connection failure or technical issues that prevented the consultation
- Astrologer was unresponsive or disconnected without completing the session
- Inappropriate behavior by the astrologer (subject to investigation)
3. Product Refunds
For products purchased through our shop:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect
- Digital products are non-refundable once delivered
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Use the in-app support chat, or
- Contact us with your account email, transaction details, and reason for the refund
We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your wallet or original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Palmgeonumastro reserves the right to deny refund requests that are deemed fraudulent, excessive, or in violation of our Terms and Conditions. All refund decisions are final.
