- The session ended unexpectedly mid-consultation
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
How to Request a Refund
- Go to Account → Consultations
- Find the session in question
- Click "Report Issue" or "Request Refund"
- Describe the problem
- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
Approved refunds are credited back to your wallet balance.
