Eligible Refunds

  • Technical issues that disrupted your consultation
  • The session ended unexpectedly mid-consultation
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to Account → Consultations
  2. Find the session in question
  3. Click "Report Issue" or "Request Refund"
  4. Describe the problem
  5. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours

Approved refunds are credited back to your wallet balance.
